Shipment Processing Time

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
All the shipping price are included in the products price. If you are in remote areas, please contact us to get the exactly shipping cost before ordering from us. All the goods are shipping from our US warehouse. If you want customized products, please contact us at: email@example.com,
we will send you the customized products from our factory, it may pay more of the freight cost and take more days to received the products. Please contact us to check the delivery time and cost.
The default shipping carrier is United State Postal Service, If you need expedited delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will calculate the extra shipping cost to pay for expedited delivery.
For the customized products, we will send the goods directly from our factory, the shipping carrier is Post Service, you can choose more fast way with more freight cost by Fedex or UPS. Please contact us to check the best shipping way before yor orders.
The delivery time is about 3-5 days by standard shipping. In holidays or other sales day, the delivery time may take more days, please contact us if there is any question about the delivery. We will check the tracking number and ask the fast delivery of your parcel. If you want Expedited or Priority service, please contact us to add the extra shipping cost.

Defective, Damages and Lost
We are responsible for any products defective, damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take some pictures once you get the parcel and email us at email@example.com including your order number. If the product is defective, we will send you a part replacement, a partial or full refund. If the product is damaged or lost, we will send you a new package for free.

All orders will be dispatched within 3 Working Days (Weekend and Holiday Excluded), except for the customized orders. All orders will be shipped via DHL or FedEx according to the destination. Freights of international orders need to be asked at service email, and checked at international shipment freight section.
