1. What is the difference between HohoDreads Products and JiffyLocs Products?
HohoDreads’ dreadlocks are durable goods which can be used for over 2years. Actually some of our clients will not need to use that long, therefore, we have added another choice, reduce the lifespan and also lower the price, that’s how JiffyLocs was born.
Therefore, the only difference is the lifespan. Theoretically speaking, hohodreads can be used more than 2years, and Jiffylocs can be used about 1 year with proper care and maintenance.
So if you are looking for a better price loc extensions, Jiffylocs is your better choice.

2. Are there any quality differences between HohoDreads and JiffyLocs products?
No. All of our products are made with human hair, will not mix with synthetic or animal hair, this is the most important guarantee we make to all clients!!
Also, hair are dyeable & bleachable except for pre-colored black, for #natural black speacking, normally you can bleach them up to #27; and for #27 or #613, you can dye into any colors you want.


3. How many locs should I buy for a full head?
0.2cm, about 100 locs
0.4-0.6cm, about 80-100 locs
0.8cm, about 60 locs.
1cm-1.5cm less pieces needed.

4.How many locs can make with 1 ounce bulk hair?
0.2cm, about 15-20 locs.
0.4cm, about 12-15 locs
0.6cm, about 10-12 locs
0.8cm, about 8-10 locs
If you want to make a full head loc extensions, please at least buy 5 ounces bulk hair.

5.What if I want a size/color that isn't listed?

6. How do I make an exchange/return?

Easy: e-mail us at service@hohodreads.com. and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your setback.

Kindly Reminder: All items must be returned in their original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualifications for an exchange/refund.

Note: we highly recommend shipping your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.


7. What is the exchange/return period?

We will provide the return/refund period within (7) working days of the date that you receive your products if your returned items are in their original condition.


8. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option because HohoDreads will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "Return, No Duties" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.


9. May I return my products without contacting you?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.


10. When will I receive my exchange/refund?

Return for Exchange

An exchange will be provided after we have received, inspected, and confirmed the returned item. Exchanged product will be shipped to you within (3) working days.

Return for Refund

A refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected, and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to (3) business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
